Just waiting

This morning I am in a wait mode. The first event I'm waiting for is the start of the Cardinal/Cub game. This will happen in about 45 minutes and will keep my attention for about 3 hours. After that the next big happening will be the arrival of the weekend warriors. The manager of the park says he is going to have a full house for the weekend. That should liven things up around here a bit, more so than the usual activity of watching the thermometer rise. The forecast says the weekend will be nice with the temps steadily rising over the three days and ending at 102 on Monday.

Again last night we were able to enjoy a spectacular sunset. It never ceases to amaze the variety of sunsets we get in the western part of the country.

Now on to the ballgame in an effort to enjoy the good life.
