Yesterday was a sad day for the team. Mr. Westinghouse, after a couple of years of bouncing down the road, passed on to the great cathode tube in the sky. This was not unexpected since the last few days have been increasingly difficult to wake Mr. Westinghouse up. I was also noticed that when he did wake up all the settings were lost. He died peacefully in his sleep Saturday night. So this morning a replacement was ordered and delivery was promised for tomorrow. The team will soon be watching a 26" TV and the 19" TV will head for the graveyard.
This is the best picture Mr. Westinghouse currently receives.
The day here is beautiful. After lots of wind yesterday, right now it's 77 degrees and calm. It is supposed to get windy later this afternoon so I decided to wait on my trip to Laredo for calmer weather. This afternoon I will be helping Joe rip some music CD's. After that it will be time to kick back and enjoy the good life.
