More sunshine

I was right to get out early yesterday morning. By afternoon the front had moved in with rain and lots of wind. At one point the wind grew strong enough that I decided to stow Mr. Datastorm, the Internet satellite antenna. We sent the rain on the the Midwest and southeast and today we are back to a more south Texas type day. The sun is out and the thermometer is rising.

This morning was spent on the computer paying bills and looking at possibilities for next years travel. Mel wants to see the west as he has never been there. There is a lot to see out that way so we will have to do some planning to pick a route to cover the most sites. Research on the computer is just another way of enjoying the good life.

  1. If you go west and north, it's hard to beat the scenery at Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon, and Arches, all in Utah and easy for a NEMO boy to get to.

  2. If you're up in the Great Northwest swing onto Whidbey Island and give us a visit. We have some wonderful campgrounds on the island and lots to see. August and September are the prime times.

  3. I agree about Arches and if you get there you can head on up to Lehi and visit your niece and her family

  4. I agree about Arches. As long as you are in Utah you can stop in Lehi and visit your niece and her family. Aren't you glad you have help planning your trip.
