Birthday

Today is Mel's second birthday and the second anniversary of us being together on the road. In the two years we have traveled 15,820 miles. We have been in 19 states from Arizona to Ohio and from Texas to Minnesota. We have posted about our travels 1,014 times and 32,269 people have looked in on our blog to see what we have been up to while trying to enjoy the good life. We have seen many interesting sites and visited many museums and met lots of new and interesting people, many of whom have become friends. Yet we have only begun to scratch the surface of the many wonders this country has to offer. Along the way we have learned many lessons and have refined our way of living. We have found that America lives on the two lane roads and the interstates our only good for fast travel and not for seeing America. One thing is for certain, we have enjoyed this good life and look forward to the many adventures ahead.

    Happy Birthday to the two of you, can't believe it's been two years! We will "probably" be leaving and heading south the second week of Nov. Can't wait to be parked across the street from the two of you. May the two of you celebrate many more good Birthdays together. God Bless, Sal
