Activity

After staying up last night to watch the meteor shower and finding that they are really hard to see when the sky is cloud filled I decided today would be a good day to air up the tires. I also wanted to test my new air gauge that is made to equalize the pressure in dual tires. Of course the required connecting of the air hoses is no easier than it has ever been on Mel, they just don't give you much room to work, especially on the inside dual. Anyway after I made the required connections the rest of the job went very smoothly. My body did develop several leaks in the high humidity, but the job was accomplished with just minimal bruising to my hands. Now, with the equal tire pressure, the tires should wear evenly as I travel about.

This is the new gauge. Air is inserted in the valve at the bottom of the handle and flows evenly to both tires.
