Pretty day

Today dawned with a cloudless sky, calm conditions and a temperature of 65 degrees. This has caused me to decide to extend my stay for another day or two. This will give me a chance to catch up on posting pictures from the Auburn, Cord, Dussenberg Museum. I think the most impressive thing about this museum was the cars were in mint condition. It looked as though you could drive them right out of the display and onto the highway. If you like cars and are ever in this part of the country be sure and make a stop here.

Fantastic interiors

Ready to roll

Beautiful paint

Sporty

Flashy

Unique

Note the rear view mirror attached to the spare tire by leather straps

Rumble seat

Elegant

These cars were priced about three to four times higher than other cars of the period and the depression did them in.
