Nice evening

Yesterday, after a couple of loads of laundry and some maintenance chores around Mel, Laurie, my daughter came by and invited me to supper at her home. Grandson Bryce was the Brat-miester, taking full charge of the grill and granddaughter Kelsey assisted in the kitchen. Kelsey returned me to Mel later in the evening. Shortly after returning home it began a steady rain that has continued through this morning. It looks like today will be a good day to catch up on my reading.
