Yesterday

Yesterday turned out to be a busy one. In the morning the Jackson's, John, Debbie and son Alex dropped by for a visit. We had a couple of hours to visit and went to lunch in downtown Hannibal. It's always nice to see old friends. After they left it was time to get ready for the evenings school reunion. We had a good turnout and most of the world's problems were solved. The big difference in this years reunion and previous years seems to be the ending time. In earlier years the festivities went on into the wee hours of the morning and every year the time has been shortened. Last night we made it to10:00 pm. The location has changed too. Years ago it was the Holiday Inn where we could sit around the pool into the early am. This year it was at the local Nutrition Center, they are the folks that provide "meals on wheels'. Maybe the next progression is "reunions on wheels".
