Timeout

I have been sent to cyberspace timeout. Hughesnet has what they call a Fair Access Policy which is their way of controlling the amount of satellite traffic. If you exceed their download limit in a 24 hour time period they reduce your speed for the next 24 hours and effectively send you to cyberspace timeout. This happened once before and both time it was the result of a Microsoft update that was bigger than Hughes allowed limit. I will now have very limited Internet speeds for the next 24 hours. Shame on me.
