Holiday weekend

Today is overcast with thunderstorms in the forecast, so the holiday plans for many are being upset. The park is full. I talked with Dennis, the manager, this morning and he had two spots left and expected to fill them this afternoon. The activity around here has been booming. I am amazed at the toys people bring with them for a 3 day weekend. Most of the weekend warriors have a boat and a lot of them also have one or two jet skis. The logistics of getting all of this into a campground is quite entertaining. Then there is the task a getting it all to the lake for the day. By the time they get it all in the water it is almost time to start loading up to bring it all back to their site for the night. Fun to watch.
