Good day

We did get just a little rain last night, but not as much as the day before. This morning I've been on the phone setting up maintenance appointments and I also went down and met the park managers. They are a husband and wife team from Montrose Colorado and have been here two years. There are also two other couples that act as park hosts. They seem to be a real nice group. The town next to Elephant Butte is Truth or Consequences which changed it's name in conjunction with the radio show and later the TV show of the same name. The town's name was changed in the 50's and it had a dramatic effect on the growth of the town. Why just this year the town added a Wal-Mart and a second stop light. Gosh, they are already up to 8,000 people.
