Pictures from railroad town

Railroad town is a recreation of an 1890's town at the Stuhr Museum. This is a town like many that sprang up along the railroads as they moved west. As you walk through the town you see the local people going about their daily activities and it really is like stepping back in time.

This home is where the actor Henry Fonda was born on May 16, 1905. The family moved to Omaha the following February.
