It must be winter in Zapata. The high today is only supposed to be 54 and it's drizzling. Needless to say there is no one on the streets.
I had to call the microwave people again yesterday. The problem is back, the microwave just starts on its own and runs until I bang on it. I took off the front and applied heavy amounts of Locktite silicone to the plug where the problem seems to be. So far it seems to be working, but for how long remains to be seen. I called the microwave company so there was a record of what was happening. If it continues after my 'fix' I'm going to request a new unit when I get back to the Midwest.
I also had to call Direct TV last night and explain to them that SD was a mailing address and gave them Dan's address as a site address. It seems your zip code determines what Fox sport channel you get and instead of Fox Sports Midwest I was going to get Fox Dakotas. Being a bigger fan of Cardinal baseball than dog sled racing or ice fishing this wasn't acceptable and had to be worked out. Problem solved.
I was planning on doing some laundry today, but I've decided it can wait. It would probably take a lot of quarters to dry anything today.
