It happened

I got a new neighbor today. Don and his wife pulled in this morning and are set up right next to me. The string is finally broken, they are from Russell, Kansas. I guess we can permit neighbors on our street from a bordering state. It has been chilly and overcast all day today. So far we have only reached 56 degrees. Nobody around here seems to venture out when it's below 60, so it's been pretty quite.
