More Zapata

This morning my neighbor Aubrey invited me to ride to town with him while he did some shopping. We took a tour of the town and it is quite a historic place. The town of Zapata relocated to higher ground after the original town site was flooded after the completion of the Falcon dam in 1954. This is a picture of the courthouse which is as pretty a building as I've seen. I intend to go back into town when the weather is better to take more pictures.
