Ready, set, go

The week has been busy, loading the motor home, cleaning the apartment and giving tours to friends and relatives but things are finally ready to go. Sisters Mary Michael and Angie and brother Mark are all stopping by today with their spouses for a tour and lunch (in case your worried for them we're going out to eat, I'm not cooking). Then it's time to turn over the keys to the apartment and I'm on my own. I will spend the night in Hannibal so the people where I worked can have a tour and then it's south and not a moment too soon. These 30 degree nights are not to my liking. The motor home has been officially named Mel (short for Melbourne) and Mel doesn't like the cold weather either.
