Yesterday I took a bit of a stroll towards town. One of the sites was an original 50's diner disguised as a Denny's. Isn't this too cool?
Not the norm.
This morning I rigged up the Sewer Solution with the new extension hose and everything worked like a charm. I love it when things go well, especially when it involves the black tank.
No drip
No fuss.
Other than prepping for tomorrow the day will include another Cardinal/Cub game and a healthy dose of enjoying the good life.
I love those old diners. Ah, nostalgia...the elixir of old age!!
ReplyDeleteIt's also good way to test and see if our memory is still working.
DeleteEnjoy your travels around the area. I looked into the Sewer Solution, but the compartment for my sewer connection is so small that I wonder if I could use this.
ReplyDeleteIf you have room for a regular sewer hose this is quite a bit smaller. I carry mine in a 16" X 16" X 8" Rubbermaid container.
DeleteGo Cubs!!
ReplyDeleteTrouble maker.
DeleteToo bad that nice 50's diner was wasted on being a Denny's. I've found their food to be of poor quality from multiple visits at Denny's around the country. :c(
ReplyDeleteI won't even darken their doors anymore. It's a shame, they could do so much better with just a little better food.
Paul, many people probably agree with you, but they continue to do a pretty good business without your support.
DeleteThere is a Denny's in Stafford where we stay outside Houston that looks like that one. Too cool is right!
ReplyDeleteA step back in time.
DeleteWe have one down in Tucson too. I went there a few times and refuse to enter it's doors again. terrible service and lots of screaming kids.
ReplyDeleteHave fun tomorrow can't wait to see the pictures.
A good time is planned, the camera is charged, let the fun begin.
