Mr. Possum was not very happy and that's not a smile on his face.
This day has been a busy one. Everything was stowed in the travel position, the tire winter air was exchanged for tire summer air. Then we moved across the street so maintenance could cut the grass under Mel. After this was done we moved back into position and reset for the summer. After that the tires were sprayed with tire protection and the covers were washed and reinstalled. Another step in the preparations to travel has been completed.
More to do tomorrow, but for today enough is enough and it's into the relaxed mode. Just another way to enjoy the good life.
Those possums can sure be ugly when trapped...and they sure know how to hiss. I guess that would certainly explain your lack of cats.
ReplyDeleteThey really don't have a very good personality in the cage.
DeleteYou sound like you are just about ready to move on. Be sure to check and recheck the list.
ReplyDeleteThe plan is Monday, provided the temperatures warm....it's 60 here right now.
DeleteYes I am making my list for the first week in April also. It will be nice to move on for at least that week. And then get ready to hit the high road for the summer or until the trailer sells.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll cross paths in our travels.
DeleteBe sure not to overdo. I don't want you to not enjoy the good life by working too hard!! Be safe wherever you head and hopefully we will see you in August.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you have taken over mom's role.
DeleteAnd the problem with that is???
DeleteOne to a customer.
DeleteMy cat is totally at home with the wild life, possums, coons, fox, deer, whatever. Opened my door one time and this little half grown possum keeled over, laid there doing his thing, then got up and ran off. Soooo cute.
ReplyDeleteThis one had a personality disorder and just wanted to hiss.
DeleteYou missed out on a chance for some possum stew!
ReplyDeleteFrom what I understand, I didn't miss anything.
