Mel is officially clean, at least inside. After much elbow grease was expended the interior of Mel has been made fit to live in, at least by my standards.
Yesterday was an interesting day around here weather wise. We reached a high of 101 degrees and had winds with gusts to 40 miles per hour. Then the bottom fell out of the thermometer. By the time I got up a 6 this morning the mercury had fallen to 46 degrees. For those of you mathematically challenged that's a swing of 55 degrees This morning it is warming up very nicely and it looks like a pleasant day is in store.
The park staff has been in high gear the last few days. With occupancy down to less than 25 units the guys are trimming up the landscaping and really making the place look nice.
This morning I picked up the mail that arrived yesterday and found that it was time to renew Mel's tags. 15 minutes on-line and the registration is paid for another year. The internet is sure a great thing for this lifestyle.
This afternoon I will be devoting my entire efforts on enjoying the good life.
