Today things have quieted down a bit here in the park, which is a welcomed relief. We are at 62 degrees and there is no wind so all of the fishermen have headed to the lake to feed the fish. A couple of reports already in this morning indicate the fish are hungry. One fisherman started his day with two 6 pound and a 10 pound largemouth bass. Once that report came in it was a mad dash to the lake. It has begun to cloud up, which wasn't it the forecast, so we will just have to see what the day brings.
I have made one trip around the park this morning and all is quiet, a second trip is in order shortly to make sure it stays that way so we can enjoy the good life.
