A fresh start

Today is the day everyone gets a fresh start. It's a chance to make resolutions, very few of which will be kept, a time to reflect on where you've been and where you're heading. May all of you find a direction that best suits you.

Last night was the annual 4 Seasons New Year Eve party. It always seems to fall on the last day of the year, a coincidence...I don't think so. Jim and his wife Cheryl provided the karaoke music machine and park residents provide the entertainment.

Everyone seemed to have a good time although the crowd was not as big as in years past and at midnight, as is the tradition around here the fireworks filled the air. Actually there were enough fireworks fireworks for several time zones.

We are a little cooler today, but it won't interfere with the days activities which will be centered around football on the tube. all in an effort to enjoy the good life.
