This is my position looking down the street. There is a pick-up truck at the end of the street under the awning which can just barely be see if you double click the picture.
Here is what the truck looks like on zoom from the same position. Notice you can even read the license plate.
Here's a view looking out at the lake. Notice the white spot in front of the far dock.
Here the white spot is zoomed in and appears to be a couple of pelicans out for a morning swim.
Here's a view from the upper road in the park looking towards the main gate. Notice the flag pole in the center of the picture.
From the same spot where the last picture was taken I was able to zoom in and capture this picture of the flag.
Today some time will be spent at Canon College trying to wrap my pea brain around some to the many features of this remarkable piece of machinery. I will be enjoying the good life unless my brain goes into overload, the I will still be enjoying the good life, I'll just be oblivious to it.
you are just too good to yourself. watch for the next enemy planes to go over....well, maybe you better not...they might be after you if they see you taking pics.

WOW John, I have trouble holding my 3x tele still enough to use it!
ReplyDeleteBarney, this one is 35X telephoto with a image steadying feature. Seems to work.
ReplyDeleteThat's very nice John, is it an optical zoom or digital zoom. Either way it's very nice. I, like Barney, have trouble holding my little 4X even with stabaization on. Merry Chirstmas!
ReplyDeleteKennyB, it's an optical zoom to 35X and I can add an additional 4x digitally. The resolution holds together pretty well with the 14.1 pixel format.
