I'm up early this morning (it's 5:30 am here) because the wind is already starting to kick up and if it reaches the 50 to 60 miles per hour that is predicted then Mr. Datastorm will be have to be stowed until things calm down. Mr. Datastorm doesn't especially like high winds and it's better to be without internet for awhile than have Mr. Datastorm leave in a huff. Yesterday's high temperature was 99 degrees, so at least the wind should keep the temperature down.
Last night we again got to experience one of those fantastic western sunsets that can take your breath away.While watching the sunset I enjoyed a brief conversation with my neighbor Mark. Mark is a full time RVer and he makes his living doing web design. He actually did the web site for the park here at
Campbell Cove
The rest of the day will be spent making sure everything is secure and holding on for dear life, all the while trying to enjoy the good life.
