This years weather seems to be following a yo-yo pattern, one day of nice weather followed by two days of not so nice weather. Yesterday we had 84 degrees, sunshine and light winds. Today the pendulum has swung and it's 48 degrees, overcast and a stiff breeze. People who have been coming here for ten years are saying they can't remember a worst winter. At least when we have a winter weather alert here there is no white stuff to shovel. There are several people who have said they are not planning on returning next year. We will see how firm their decision is after we get a few days of nice weather in a row and they can get out and mingle.
Today's duties include watching Nikki while Harley and Annis are in Laredo for more physical therapy on Harley's leg and I've gotten a couple of magazines in the last two days that will help me pass the time. Most of my reading material is downloaded digitally to the computer from Zinio which makes it easy for someone on the move to get the latest magazines. The computer is a wonderful thing for a full time RVer. It allows me to stay in touch, pay my bills and keep informed while on the road. It really helps me to enjoy the good life.
