8/18//2014 - 8/21/2014

Monday
Hitch itch set in and today was moving day.  Headed south with a pass through Farmington, NM and the on to Grants, NM for the night. A stop in route at Wal-mart and the pantry is full again. Then a quick set up to watch the ball game and another full day passed.

Tuesday
Another 200 mile day put me back a Cedar Cove RV Park in Elephant Butte, NM Where I will spend the next few days visiting with some old friends.

Wednesday
Settling in at Cedar Cove and today I had my first visitor. Loren stopped by and we spent a couple of hours catching up on the water that had passed under the bridge in the last year.
Topped the day off with a Cardinal win.

Thursday
Loren came by this morning and we went down a level in the park to visit with Clay. Clay is another Alaskan replant and I always enjoy our chats. Then we went over to Loren and Marilyn's place to see the improvements they've made in their place since coming off the road a year ago. Things are really shaping up and they've got a lovely home. Marilyn treated me to a Coho sandwich for lunch. The Coho had just been flown in from Alaska. God stuff.
No ballgame today.
